2020 Ball Season on Hold

As we have shared by email with our new and returning players, our ball season is on hold while we all practice social distancing.  The City of Ottawa has formally closed all city facilities until the end of June.  We also recognize it is possible this closure could be further extended depending on how the next few weeks unfold.

We will continue to monitor and hope that we can return to the fields at some point, or possibly celebrate with a tournament sometime this fall.  In the meantime, stay home, stay safe, and dream about baseball!

If are are new to the league, or interested in more information, please read below.

Who are we?

The Osgoode Recreational 3 pitch league is a non-competitive mixed league, for anyone 30 years or older.  We play a round robin format throughout the season, but do not track scores or stats.  You can find the rules for the league here.

When and where do we play?

The season is from mid May – late August, with a one day tournament on a Saturday (date to be confirmed).  During the season, games are played on Wednesday nights at the Osgoode Community Centre.  Games are 90 minutes in length starting at either 7pm or 8:30pm depending on the weekly team schedule.
